We love seeing good people come together for a great cause — and that’s exactly what happened when Ricky Lee teamed up with veteran Ken Pridgeon.

Ricky has been a part of our store family for years, sharing his music, performing at our events, and always standing with us in support of American values and our nation’s veterans. His passion for giving back runs deep, especially through his Music 4 Our Vets program, where he brings music therapy and comfort to veterans in VA homes and hospitals across the country.

Recently, that passion led him to an incredible collaboration with veteran and artist Ken Pridgeon, who, at 90 years old, dedicates his time to honoring fallen heroes through powerful portraits at the Fallen Warriors Memorial Gallery in Houston. Ken shared a deeply personal poem with Ricky, and moved by Ken’s words, Ricky wasted no time putting the poem to music. In just hours, a song was born — one that carries with it the weight of sacrifice, gratitude, and hope.

This collaboration is more than just a song. It’s a reminder of how creativity, friendship, and service can come together to honor those who’ve given so much. Ricky and Ken are each using their talents to inspire and heal, showing us that sometimes the most meaningful acts start with a simple idea and a big heart.
