During the show, we explored the interesting story of Dave, owner of Precision Cutting & Design, who wanted to follow in his father's footsteps and start his own business. While in Florida, he discovered Precision Cutting & Design and saw great potential in it, leading him to acquire the company. Since then, the company has thrived, expanding its product line.

We also discovered that the owner had experience as a professor. On the show, he shared his insights from academia and discussed the ongoing challenge of the shortage of skilled trades.
