Official Rules & Regulations

1. Eligibility: This Campaign is open only to those who are 18 years of age or older, live in the Contiguous U.S., and follow the social media instructions for said giveaway.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Made In America Store as final and binding.

3. Campaign Period: Entries will be accepted on Facebook starting on May 23rd, 2025 and ending on June 2nd, 2025 at 11:59PM EST.

4. How to Enter: The Campaign must be entered by submitting an entry via Facebook as described in the entry instructions. Incomplete or non-compliant entries will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Made In America Store.

5. Prizes: One winner will receive a $50 E-Gift Card, valid exclusively at MadeInAmericaStore.com. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted. Acceptance of the prize grants the Made In America Store permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry content for advertising and promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random under supervision of the Made In America Store and announced during a Facebook Live video on Thursday, June 5th, 2025. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by You: By entering, you grant the Made In America Store the rights to use your submitted content (photo, name, likeness, etc.) for promotional purposes across media without additional compensation.

9. Terms & Conditions: The Made In America Store reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign in case of virus, fraud, or any cause beyond their control that affects the fairness or integrity of the campaign. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or violate the rules will result in disqualification.

10. Limitation of Liability: By entering, you release and hold harmless the Made In America Store and its affiliates from any liability, including injury, loss, or damage arising directly or indirectly from your participation or acceptance of the prize.

11. Disputes: This campaign is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. All disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively before a court located in New York.

12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Made In America Store website.
