IPA Beer rub
I smoke meats on the weekend, when I do chicken, this is absolutely the best chicken run I have found. The flavor is wonderful and it doesn't burn, it does darken, but no char. I highly recommend it for chicken. Use it very liberally, you need full coverage, more the better.
