    I typically wear a men's large shirt, but this one is a medium and fit well without being tight. If you usually wear a large men's shirt and don't have a paunch, this Medium men's will fit.

    I love this shirt, I purchased 4 white ones and 4 blue ones. They fit great and are heavy weight cotton.
