1000th Tour Bus Rolling In To Made In America Store On Wednesday 10/20

“Mark Andol, founder and owner, is bullish on the future of American Manufacturing!”

Elma, NY. On Wednesday, October 20, 2021, the Made in America Store at 1000 W. Maple Court in Elma will welcome the 1000th tour bus to visit since the original store opened on April 3, 2010.

“We are thrilled to greet another bus of out-of-state tourists -- a milestone event for our company, community and country,” stated Mark Andol, founder and CEO of the Made in America Store and General Welding & Fabricating, its parent company. “Tour buses bring outside money into our community and see firsthand our great quality of life and place in Buffalo Niagara.

The Made in America Store opened in 2010 as the only brick and mortar, general merchandise store in the U.S. to carry 100% American Made Products. It remains the largest retailer of American-made products in the U.S. and the only store whose mission aligns tangibly with American manufacturing job creation.

“Our mission to save and create livelihoods is just as relevant today as it was when we first opened,” Andol continued. “A number of companies are moving in the right direction by re-shoring production to America, but we haven’t crossed the finish line yet.”

The bus group arriving at 10 a.m. at the store Wednesday morning hails from the Greater Pittsburgh area, a very strong market for the Made in America Store due to Pittsburgh’s storied role in America’s industrial and manufacturing history.

“Like Western New Yorkers, the people of Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Erie and countless communities along the Great Lakes have a strong work ethic and the needed skills to rebuild our nation’s infrastructure and reinvigorate our communities. NASA sent an astronaut to the moon in 1969. American civilians are now launching into space. Together, we can ignite a powerful economic engine fueled by American know-how once again,” Andol concluded.
