Fighting for American Jobs and the Future of Manufacturing: As Featured on Fox Business
Everyone knows America was built by hard work, skilled trades, and manufacturing. But in today’s world, are we still making enough here at home?
On Fox Business's Making Money with Charles Payne, Made in America Store founder Mark Andol shares why rebuilding skilled trades is about more than just jobs — it’s about protecting the American middle class and securing a stronger future for the next generation.
His connection to American manufacturing isn’t just professional — it’s personal. After losing a $3 million contract to overseas competition and being forced to lay off workers he’d known his whole life, Mark saw firsthand the cost of offshoring. That experience fueled his mission to support American workers, skilled trades, and the small businesses that keep our communities strong.
Today, the Made in America Store supports over 500 American businesses — many of them small, family-run operations. But as Mark points out, there’s still a long way to go. “We can’t even build a toaster, a coffee pot, or a light,” he says. If we want real change, it starts with skills — bringing back trades in schools and giving the next generation a purpose they can believe in.
At a time when offshoring and cheap imports have weakened our economy, rebuilding American manufacturing isn’t political — it’s just common sense.
