1,100TH TOUR BUS ROLLING IN TO MADE IN AMERICA STORE ON SATURDAY 10/15

“One of Six Tour Buses Scheduled to Arrive that Day!”

Elma, NY. On Saturday, October 15, 2022, the Made in America Store at 1000 W. Maple Court in Elma will welcome the 1,100th tour bus to visit since the original store opened on April 3, 2010.

We are excited about our 1,100th tour bus -- a milestone event for our company, our community and our country,” stated Mark Andol, founder and CEO of Made in America Store and General Welding & Fabricating, its parent company. “Tour buses bring outside money into our community. Tourists see firsthand our great quality of life and place in Buffalo Niagara. Buffalo is, indeed, the City of Good Neighbors, and Niagara Falls attracts the world.

Made in America Store opened in 2010 as the only brick and mortar, general merchandise store in the U.S. to carry 100% American Made Products. It remains the largest retailer of 100% American-made products, and only American made products. It aligns well with the prevailing view that we need to increase manufacturing in the U.S.

Our mission to save and create American livelihoods is just as relevant today as it was when we first opened,” Andol continued. A number of companies are moving in the right direction by reshoring production to America, but the finish line is a long way off.

The 1,100th bus group is one of six tour buses arriving on Saturday, Oct. 15. More than 300 guests on these six buses make their homes in the following regions of the U.S.: Chicago and its suburbs; eastern Wisconsin; west-central Illinois; northwest Arkansas and northern Illinois.

Andol believes that people across the United States have a strong work ethic and the needed skills to rebuild our nation’s infrastructure and reinvigorate our communities.

NASA sent a man to the moon in 1969. Private companies are now launching the current generation of astronauts into space, in collaboration with NASA. Together, we can truly re-ignite a powerful economic engine fueled by American know-how. Our success at the Made in America Store is not rocket science. It’s just plain common sense, Andol concluded.
